How to make it

  • Shallow fry the meat. Add onions.
  • Wait 10 min. Add thinly chopped carrots (don't stir).
  • Wait 10-15 min. Rince the rice well and spread it evenly on the carrots (we're making layers).
  • Pour boiling water just eanough to cover the rice a little bit.
  • Wait for the water to go almost completely.
  • Cover tightly. Bring the fire down to minimum possible.
  • Wait for 15-20 mins.
  • Done.
  • Serving suggestion: put some pomegranade kernels on the ready plov. Enjoy!
