My replica of an exquisite salad I recently had at a local Persian restaurant. If you have never had this type of cuisine you are really missing out!
Ingredients
- romaine hearts, sliced shopping list
- organic mixed greens shopping list
- campari tomatoes, sliced shopping list
- english or persian cucumber, thinly sliced shopping list
- toasted walnuts shopping list
- easter radish, thinly sliced shopping list
- green onion, thinly sliced on a diagonal shopping list
- fresh mint and fresh dill shopping list
- ~ shopping list
- pomegranate paste/molasses shopping list
- feta cheese (I used bulgarian) shopping list
How to make it
- Arrange all salad ingredients into serving bowl.
- Serve with feta and pomegranate paste.
