Cream Cheese Pear Muffins

I had a craving for muffins and the only thing to work with i had was dried pears. They came out delicious! I'm sure any dried fruit could be used as a substitute
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter, softened shopping list
- 1/2 c. whipped cream cheese shopping list
- 3/4 c. sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 c flour shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 3/4 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1 c. dried pears, cut into pieces shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Spray muffin tins with nonstick cooking spray
- Beat together eggs, sugar, butter, cream cheese and vanilla
- Mix four, baking soda and salt in separate bowl
- Mix in dried pears
- Pour into greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3
- Bake for 25- 30 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean
- Makes 12 muffins
