Cream Cheese Pear Muffins Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Spray muffin tins with nonstick cooking spray
  • Beat together eggs, sugar, butter, cream cheese and vanilla
  • Mix four, baking soda and salt in separate bowl
  • Mix in dried pears
  • Pour into greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3
  • Bake for 25- 30 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean
  • Makes 12 muffins
