Chorizo And Kidney Bean Soup

- 1 onion, finely chopped shopping list
- 3 chorizo sausages, thinly sliced shopping list
- 1.25 litres (2 1/2 pints) chicken stock shopping list
- 2 cans kidney beans, drained shopping list
- 1 packet baby spinach shopping list
- 1 dash olive oil shopping list
- 1 pinch salt and milled pepper shopping list
How to make it
- 1 Heat a glug of oil in a saucepan and fry onion until soft
- 2 Add sausages and fry for another 2 minutes
- 3 Add stock and beans and simmer for 10 minutes
- 4 Toss in spinach and cook for a minute
- 5 Season and serve
