How to make it

  • Fry the onions, carrot and garlic until golden brown. When cool, combine with remaining pattie ingredients and mix well. Form into large burger patties.
  • For sauce, gently fry the onion and garlic, then add tomatoes. Use a potatoe masher to break up tomatoes, simmer for about 5 minutes then add Golden Ale.
  • Get your oven as hat as it will go, place patties in a roasting dish and cook until they take a little color, then pour over the sauce. Turn the oven down to 350F and bake for 30-40 minutes.
  • When cook, place burger on bun with some sauce and any other condiments you like.
