Chilled Orange Lemon Fruit Smoothie

- 1 lemon halved twiced and only one of the halves used. shopping list
- 1/2 Cup orange juice(Natural. No sugar added.) shopping list
- 1/2 Cup whole milk(Preferably Organic or Fresh) shopping list
- 1/4 Cup pomegranate Blueberry juice.(No sugar Added All Natural) shopping list
- 5 strawberries Halved shopping list
- 3 blackberries shopping list
- 2 Tbsp honey shopping list
- 1 Greek yogurt(Any kind you want.) shopping list
How to make it
- Take the berries and mash them up in a bowl. After mashing if you prefer your smoothies without seeds strain it through a very small holed strainer so most the seeds will be removed yet alot of the juice will be saved. Add the zest of the lemon and the lemon juice avoiding seeds of the lemon. Mix well and mix the honey in with that until its good and mixed.
- Put the yogurt in the mixer then add the lemon berry mix ontop. Add the milk and juices. Blend. Chill in the freezer 10-20 minutes.
- Take out and put whipped cream ontop and a lemon slice on the side. Enjoy your chilled smoothie!
