How to make it

  • cook chicken in butter with at least 1 teaspoon italian seasoning til thoroughly cooked.
  • shred into small pieces.
  • return chicken to pan, add more butter, broccoli and mushrooms(optional) cook til broccoli is tender
  • cook pasta in boiling water with oil
  • drain pasta and add to chicken and add aflredo sauce.
  • i usually use 1 stick of margarine or butter, butter if i have it
  • butter is preferable for a really rich taste.
  • (if you want to add mushrooms cook with chicken and broccoli in butter)
  • cook mixture until thick or to your desired thickness.
  • let stand for 5 minutes. this thickens the sauce.
  • i added mushrooms as optional because some people dont like them they add flavor if you use them but the dish is also good without them
