	cake jelly roll egg milk butter

Ingredients

3 eggs

3/4 c milk

1 tsp salt

1 c flour

1/4 c melted salted butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 400.

Beat the eggs well.

Add the milk, salt, and flour and mix completely.

Grease a 5x10" jelly roll pan with the melted butter.

Add to pan, and bake for 20 minutes.

Cut into squares; serve with jelly or honey.
