- 1 c breadcrumbs shopping list
- 1/4 c pecorino cheese shopping list
- 2 T parsley, chopped. shopping list
- some salt and pepper shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 2T water shopping list
- large mushroom caps shopping list
- some flour shopping list
How to make it
- mix breadcrumbs , cheese, parsley, salt and pepper in a bowl
- in another bowl, beat egg +water
- Scrape gills from mushrooms. Cut into strips
- Dredge in flour, dip in egg, then crumbs
- Fry in vegetable oil (350 degrees) until golden.
