- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup self-rising flour shopping list
- 1 cup all-purpose flour shopping list
- salt shopping list
- cold water to mix shopping list
How to make it
- Heat vegetable oil to 350^F. Blend all ingredients together adding enough cold water to make mixture thick (waffle texture). Slice different vegetables in 1/2-inch thick strips. Dip in mixture then place in hot oil; cook 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown; drain on paper towels. Serve with a mixture of soy sauce and water.
