Easy Fried Vegetables

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • salt
  • cold water to mix

Directions
  1. Heat vegetable oil to 350^F. Blend all ingredients together adding enough cold water to make mixture thick (waffle texture). Slice different vegetables in 1/2-inch thick strips. Dip in mixture then place in hot oil; cook 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown; drain on paper towels. Serve with a mixture of soy sauce and water.
