This is a recipe I obtained from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Bailey Estate in Mesquite, Texas in 1989.

Ingredients
  • 6 chicken breasts skinned and boned
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Directions
  1. Combine oil, juice and paprika and brush over chicken then broil or grill chicken basting with oil mixture.
