  • HEAT IT UP.. ABOUT 275 DEGREES TO 375 TOWARD THE END..
  • Place your Andouille Sausage on the Grill...
  • Grill JUST LIKE YOU WOULD YOUR REGULAR SAUSAGE...
  • If you have NEVER DONE THAT.. Well just watch it change colors..
  • from Raw to a nice reddish dark brown .. Just don't get it too dry..
  • It will take about 40 to 50 minutes to cook...
  • NOW IT'S TIME.. take off the Grill and SERVE WITH YOUR FAVORITE CHIPS/ TATOR SALAD OR WHAT EVER YOU WANT..
