How to make it

  • 1. Put the melted butter and crumbs in a bowl mix until blended and then press in to the bottom and side of an 8 inch tart pan with a removable bottom
  • 2. Grate the zest from 3 of the limes and slive the rest and set aside
  • 3. Put 1 cup of heavy cream into a medium bowl add the lime zest and the condenesed milk halve the thre limes and squeeze the juice directly into the cream mixture whisk until thickened.
  • 4. Spread the cream mixture into the crumb base and place in frezer overnight.
  • 5. Decorate with lime slices and cream
