Veggie Casserole

- 1 can French style green beans (water drained) shopping list
- 1 can white shoepeg corn shopping list
- 1/2 bell pepper chopped and diced shopping list
- 1 white onion diced shopping list
- 1 8 oz. container sour cream shopping list
- 1 can cream of celery soup shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 cup. crushed cheese crackers shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a mixing bowl, combine green beans, corn, bell pepper, onion, sour cream, celery soup, cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Spray a 2 quart casserole dish with vegetable spray
- Spread mixture evenly into casserole dish
- In a separate bowl, combine crushed cheese crackers with 1/2 cup butter. Mix well and spread over top of casserole.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
- top should be a golden brown.
