How to make it

  • Place cleaned pork chop into container or Ziploc with 2 tablespoons of JMCS Caribbean BBQ and 1 tablespoon of olive oil, mix well and place in fridge for up to 72 hours.
  • Grill until a temperature of 160*F
  • For potatoes, I use instant sweet potato. Just follow the directions on the box, if I can do it, anyone can.
  • Cook, Eat, Enjoy
