Katrine's Orange Rosemary Marmalade

- 2 1/2lbs oranges (about 6 to 8) shopping list
- 2 large lemons shopping list
- 6 cups cold water shopping list
- 8 cups sugar shopping list
- 6 6in sprigs of rosemary shopping list
How to make it
- cut oranges and lemons in half, poke out seeds and slice
- put citrus in pot and cover with water overnight (12 to 24 hours)
- next day - boil for 30 mins
- stir in sugar and rosemary bundle
- cook at a steady boil for 15 to 30 longer (wrinkle test)
