How to make it

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together, garlic, balsamic vinegar, lemon and lime juices, brown sugar, mustard, honey and salt and pepper.
  • Whisk in the olive oil.
  • Reserve 2 equal portions, 1 for basting, 1 for dipping
  • Add chicken to basting mixture and turn to coat
  • Marinate in refrigerator for 30-1 hour
  • Grill chicken, during the last few minutes, baste with a little dipping sauce.
  • Serve with rice and stir fry vegetables.
