Sweet & Sour Barbequed Chicken

- 2 garlic cloves, pressed shopping list
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 lime squeezed shopping list
- 1/2 lemon squeezed shopping list
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1/3 cup honey shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 4 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves cut in half shopping list
How to make it
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together, garlic, balsamic vinegar, lemon and lime juices, brown sugar, mustard, honey and salt and pepper.
- Whisk in the olive oil.
- Reserve 2 equal portions, 1 for basting, 1 for dipping
- Add chicken to basting mixture and turn to coat
- Marinate in refrigerator for 30-1 hour
- Grill chicken, during the last few minutes, baste with a little dipping sauce.
- Serve with rice and stir fry vegetables.
