Barbecue Pork Recipe
Easy barbecue recipe for sandwiches. Put it in Crock-pot and forget!

Ingredients
  • 4 lb Boneless Pork Butt or Shoulder, well trimmed of fat
  • 1 cup cola (not diet)
  • 1 16-oz bottle of favorite barbecue sauce

Directions
  1. Arrange pork in crock-pot; pour cola over roast.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours or until pork can be easily shdded.
  3. Remove pork from pot, shred in bowl, removing all possible fat.
  4. Discard fatty liquid.
  5. Return pork to crock-pot; add barbecue sauce (to taste) and mix.
  6. Continue to cook on low for 5 to 6 hours, adding more barbecue sauce if needed.
  7. This freezes and reheats in icrowave well.
