- 5 oz baby spinach shopping list
- 2 eggs, hard boiled shopping list
- 1/2 c pepper jack cheese, shredded shopping list
- 1/2 c mozzarella cheese, shredded shopping list
- 1/2 c marble cheddar cheese, shredded shopping list
- 1/2-1 valalia onion, halved, then thinly sliced shopping list
- DRESSING shopping list
- 1/4 c rice vinegar shopping list
- 3/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 generous dash(es) freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/4 c olive or canola oil shopping list
- 1-2 Tbsp sugar shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, crushed or jarred garilic-1/2 tsp shopping list
How to make it
- Put baby spinach and cheeses in a large bowl. Add separated onion slices and sliced hard boiled egg. Toss.
- Mix together dressing ingredients in an airtight container and shake vigorously. Drizzle desired amount over salad. Toss
