Impossible Ham N Swiss Pie

I love impossible pies! They are so easy and yummy! This was sooo good, but it was even better as it cooled a bit. Yummy! Sorry the picture isn't any better...I forgot to take a picture until after we started in on it!
Ingredients
- 2 c cubed, cooked, smoked ham shopping list
- 1 c shredded natural swiss cheese (4 oz) shopping list
- 1/3 c chopped green onions shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 2 c milk shopping list
- 1 c biscuit mix (bisquick, jiffy) shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/8 tsp pepper shopping list
How to make it
- 1
- Grease a 10 x 1 1/2 inch pie plate. Sprinkle ham, cheese and onions in plate.

- Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds on high for a blender, or 1 minute with a hand mixer. Pour over ham, cheese and onions.

- Bake in a 350° oven until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, 35-40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before cutting.
