Limoncello Liquor

- 10 unwaxed lemons shopping list
- 1 liter of alcohol at 95 degrees shopping list
- 1 liter of water shopping list
- 800 gr of sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Wash the lemon with warm water, peel them paying attention to don't includes the white part and put in a bottle with the alcohol. The bottle needs to have a big "neck". Close hermetically and put in a dark place for 15 days. You have to move the bottle from time to time.
- Squeeze 5 lemons and filter the juice very well. Put the juice in the 1 liter of water and boil with the 800gr of sugar. Put the dense liquid in the fridge.
- Put the alcohol in the "cold" liquid using a filter.
- Leave the bottle to rest for other 15 days. Move it in the freezer.
- Enjoy the Limoncello served with cold shot glasses.
