How to make it

  • Mash the garlic clove into a paste and put it in a small frying pan with about a tablespoon of olive oil. Let it cook a few minutes til it starts to brown.
  • Add the mushrooms, broccoli, asparagus (*you can change up the veggies to suit your tastes). Saute until tender.
  • Add the spinach until it wilts.
  • Spread the alfredo sauce on the tortilla.
  • Add the cooked veggies to the tortilla and top with mozzarella
  • Place on the grill on low heat, just until the cheese melts. (I placed mine on tinfoil so that if cheese spilled it didn't stick to the grill).
