Baked Teriyaki Chicken

- teriyaki sauce shopping list
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch shopping list
- 2 tablespoons cold water shopping list
- 1/2 cup white sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cider vinegar shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves minced shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper shopping list
- chicken thighs allow 3 per person shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2. In a saucepan place all ingredients except for the chicken thighs and let simmer and stir frequently until sauce thickens and is bubbly See Photo
- 3. You can brush over the chicken cook for 20 minutes and then turn and brush on more sauce or you can just pour the sauce over the thighs
- 4. Cook for about 40 minutes total
