Lemon French Bread

- 1/4 c butter or margarine shopping list
- 1/2 tsp grated lemon rind shopping list
- 2 tsp lemon juice shopping list
- 1 loaf French bread shopping list
How to make it
- 1
- Melt butter: add lemon rind and juice. Cool until slightly thickened. Cut bread into 1-inch slices ALMOST through to bottom crust. Brush butter mixture between slices. Wrap bread in aluminum foil and store in refrigerator until serving time. Place in a preheated 350 degree (moderate) oven and bake 15 minutes.
