Ginger Ale Fruit Salad

- 1 Tbsp gelatin shopping list
- 2 Tbsp cold water shopping list
- 1/4 c boiling water shopping list
- 1/3 c ginger ale shopping list
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 c grapes shopping list
- 1 banana shopping list
- 1 sm apple shopping list
- 1/4 c nut meats shopping list
How to make it

- Soak gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes and dissolve in boiling water. Add sugar, ginger ale, and lemon juice. When gelatin mixture starts to thicken, stir in: grapes (cut lengthwise, seeds removed), banana (sliced), apple (cut in pieces), nut meats (chopped). Do not prepare the fruit mixture until ready to add to gelatin as apples and bananas are apt to darken.

- Turn into "Pyrex" refrigerator dish and set in the coldest part of your refrigerator, but not necessarily in the freezer unit. Allow to set for 2 hours.
