Spinach Artichoke Dip

- * 2 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped shopping list
- * 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed (all water squeezed out very important) shopping list
- * 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded shopping list
- * 1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- * 1 8 oz. brick cream cheese shopping list
- * 1 cup grated Romano, Parmesan, asiago cheeses shopping list
- * 1 teaspoon basil shopping list
- * 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic (or more to taste) shopping list
- * salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- 2. In a food processor, mix together artichoke hearts, spinach
- 3. mayonnaise, cream cheese, all the cheeses, basil and garlic.(this can be done by hand too if you want. I normally just do the spinach and artichokes in the food processor and the rest with my stand mixer)
- 4. Pour mixture into baking dish, sprayed with Pam
- 5. Bake until heated through and bubbly, about 30 minutes.
