How to make it

  • Preheat the grill to medium high heat
  • Divide the beef into 1/4 pound patties about a 2/3 of an inch thick.
  • Rub the Cajun spice blend on both sides of the burger.
  • Cook the patties very well on one side
  • When they patties are flipped, add the red onion rings to the burgers forming a "cup".
  • In the onion cup, fill it with crumbly blue cheese and top it with the jalapenos.
  • Close the grill lid and let the burger cook close to the desired temperature.
  • About 3 minutes before the burger is ready, add the pepper jack cheese slices so they melt, covering and holding the toppings in place.
  • If you want the roll grilled, place it on the grill plate at this point.
  • Remove burger from grill, splash top with Franks Red Hot, place on the roll, and enjoy!
