How to make it

  • Rinse beans and soak overnight in covered pan. Drain and rinse beans
  • In sauce pan combine, 2 1/2 cup water, carrot, celery, onion, oil. garlic, basil, oregano and pepper. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 20 mnutes. Add undrained tomatoes, cabbage, zucchini and simmer for 10 minutes. Add macaroni, cover and simmer for 10 minutes more or till tender. If desired, serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
