- 1/4 cup dry brown lentile shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped carrot shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped celery shopping list
- 1 small onion chopped ; 1 clove garlic,minced shopping list
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano, crushed; 1/2 tsp dried basil, crushed shopping list
- 1/8 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1 7-ounce can tomatoe, cut up shopping list
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped cabbage shopping list
- 1 small zuchhini, halved lengthwise and sliced shopping list
- 1/2 cup thin spaghetti broken or tiny shell macaroni shopping list
- 2 Tbsp oil shopping list
How to make it
- Rinse beans and soak overnight in covered pan. Drain and rinse beans
- In sauce pan combine, 2 1/2 cup water, carrot, celery, onion, oil. garlic, basil, oregano and pepper. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 20 mnutes. Add undrained tomatoes, cabbage, zucchini and simmer for 10 minutes. Add macaroni, cover and simmer for 10 minutes more or till tender. If desired, serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
