Stuffed Pumpkin

- 1 MED pumpkin shopping list
- 1 small onion shopping list
- 1 LB GROUND hamburg shopping list
- 5 TO 6 MED potatoes shopping list
- BELLS seasoning (OR mix poultry seasoning with sage) shopping list
- salt AND pepper TO TASTE shopping list
How to make it
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350
- Clean out pumpkin (like you would to make a Jack-O-Lantern) of its seed, etc. Save top. Wash out and dry. Sprinkle salt and pepper inside. Cook pork, beef, and onion. Drain off fat. Peel and cook potatoes. Mash with potato masher.
- Combine mashed potatoes with meat. Season with Bells’ Seasoning (according to your taste) and mix well. Put mixture in pumpkin. Replace top and put pumpkin in a dish of shallow water. Bake for 1 to 1 ½ hour at 350 degrees or until a fork goes into shell easily. Scoop pumpkin and stuffing together. Enoy!
