Breakfast Casserole

Tastes even better the next morning!
Ingredients
- 6 eggs, slightly beaten shopping list
- 1 small onion (optional) shopping list
- 1 C. cheddar cheese, shredded shopping list
- 1 tsp. dry mustard shopping list
- 1 lb. pork sausage, browned and drained shopping list
- 1 C. Bisquick mix shopping list
- 2 C. milk shopping list
- 1 tsp. oregano shopping list
How to make it
- Brown sausage and drain. Half into one baking dish, the other half into the second baking dish.
- Mix eggs, onion, mustard, milk and oregano. Mix well. Add bisquick mix and cheese to egg mixture and mix till well blended.
- Pour half into each of the baking dishes with the sausage.
- Spread evenly.
- Sprinkle with more cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
