How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients in saucepan and cook over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and the fruit has started to give off juice, about 10 minutes.
  • Turn the heat up a bit, just shy of medium-high and continue cooking for about 15-20 minutes to allow the juices to reduce and the mixture to thicken.
  • Cool to room temperature.
  • Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
