Spicy Pork In Fermented Shrimps

- 1/4 kg pork (40% fat) shopping list
- 4 cloves of garlic shopping list
- onion shopping list
- tomato shopping list
- 3 tablespoons of fermented shrimps (small) shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- chili (depends upon your taste) shopping list
How to make it
- saute garlic, onion and tomato
- add pork
- stir fry
- wait till the fat of the pork comes out
- add a pinch of salt and pepper
- add water (not too much)
- mix well
- simmer for 30 - 40 mins till the meat is tender
- add chilis and the fermented shrimps
- mix well
