How to make it

  • saute garlic, onion and tomato
  • add pork
  • stir fry
  • wait till the fat of the pork comes out
  • add a pinch of salt and pepper
  • add water (not too much)
  • mix well
  • simmer for 30 - 40 mins till the meat is tender
  • add chilis and the fermented shrimps
  • mix well

    Nice recipe. I have to tell you that coconut cream is almost everywhere but fermented shrimp may be a tad hard to find. How about a post on how to make these. RJ
