Summer Zucchini Soup

- Soup: shopping list
- 2 pickling size cucumbers (approx 7 inches) shopping list
- 2 medium yellow zucchini (can be green too) shopping list
- 1 small green zucchini shopping list
- 25 mint leaves shopping list
- 2 fresh garlic cloves (put one only if you cant handle the garlic potency) shopping list
- ½ lime fresh squeezed shopping list
- 2 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 4 tbsp sesame seeds shopping list
- Dash sage to taste shopping list
- Natural sea salt to taste shopping list
- 2 tsp cumin shopping list
- Décor shopping list
- 36 baby tomatoes (grape or cherry) shopping list

How to make it
- How Do I ?
- *** Cucumbers must be organic or peel washed very well (wax removed to be able to eat it) ****
- • Peel cucumbers very neatly since you will be using the longs strips as pasta and décor
- • Chop cucumber in small pieces and blend until very smooth
- • Wash and chop zucchinis and add to blend until very smooth
- • Wash and chop mint leaves and blend until very smooth
- • Add lime juice and remainder of spices and keep blending on highest number till smooth and very nice and warm.
- • Pour the fresh warm soup and decorate with cucumber peel "pasta"
- • Top with baby tomatoes
- • Decorate with Sesame seeds
