How to make it

  • saute garlic, onion
  • add the chicken
  • add salt and pepper
  • stir fry for 5 mins.
  • add water and soy sauce and mix well
  • cover it for 20 minutes
  • add calamansi, mix well and wait until cooked
  • Serve with hot rice

    This looks very easy and good. But I'm not familiar with calamansi. Can I use the vinegar instead?
