How to make it

  • *pre-heat oven or grill (oven @ 350*F) (propane grill @ med/hi) (charcoal grill @ 10 min.)
  • *in med. ziplock bag mix together sake, lemon juice, rosemary, and garlic. *add tuna loin (whole) and marinade for about 10 min.
  • *slit open top of tuna (about 1" deep) and place chunks of butter inside. *Cook for 10-20 min. depending on how dry you prefer your tuna.
  • (10 min. for rare, red) (15 min for medium, pink) (20 min for med well, whiteish)
  • ~great served with rice and green salad w/ fresh tropical fruit (mango, kiwi, or papaya) and cilantro
