Pineapple Cramberry Delight Salad Recipe

How to make it

  • Drain pineapple and reserve juice.
  • In a large bowl dissolve gelatins in hot water.
  • Add sugar, lemon and pineapple juice.
  • Chill until partially set.
  • Fold in remaining ingredients then pour into mold that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Chill until firm.
