How to make it

  • Toss your chicken wings through the egg whites, and then the garlic thyme and rosemary to coat.
  • Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with tin foil, and pre-heat the oven 350. Put the baking sheet in when ready.
  • Mix the water and cocoa and coffee beans together until they form an even paste, and no grounds are left behind, this should take 5 minutes of vigorous stirring.
  • Warm the milk and cream to a gentle boil.
  • Add the cocoa coffee paste to the milk and cream, and move this mixture between two bowls until it becomes creamy and chocolate brown throughout.
  • When the wings have been cooking for about 1 hr 15 min, check to see if the bones have begun to show, if so pull them out, remove the sprigs of thyme, toss them in the sauce and wrap in tinfoil.
  • Drop the oven's heat down to 250-300, and place the wings back into the oven for 5 minutes.
  • Remove serve and enjoy some full contact figure skating or something. Also if you know how to flute a mushroom, it makes a nice garnish, cause it looks kinda like a head of foam.
