The Verandas Orange-coconut Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 box Duncan Hines orange Supreme cake mix, divided* shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- ¼ cup white sugar shopping list
- ½ cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 cup sweetened coconut, divided* shopping list
How to make it
- In the bowl of your mixer,
- Mix eggs, oil, and sugar.
- Add ½ box dry cake mix. Mix well.
- Add ½ cup coconut. Mix.
- Repeat.
- Drop on cookie sheet. Dennis uses a #70 cookie scoop, about 1 T.
- Bake for 12 minutes at 365 degrees.
- Cool on wire rack.
- Eat as soon as cool.
- Makes about 3 ½ dozen cookies.
- ENJOY!
