Macroni And Cheese-healthy Way

- 1 cup dried pasta (elbows, small shells, fiora, etc.) shopping list
- 1/2 cup egg beaters shopping list
- 1 cup fat free evaporated milk shopping list
- 1 cup small curd fat free cottage cheese-plain or with chives shopping list
- 1/4 cup shredded low fat cheddar cheese shopping list
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese shopping list
- dash of salt shopping list
- 1 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp thyme shopping list
- 1 tsp paprika shopping list
- dash of nutmeg shopping list
- dash of cayenne pepper shopping list
- 2 tsp dried chives shopping list
- 1 tbsp Dijan mustard shopping list
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs shopping list
- 1 tbsp butter substitute shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350
- Cook pasta in boiling water, al dente, Drain and set aside
- In large bowl, mix well: eggbeaters thru mustard ingredients
- Spray a 2 quart casserole pan
- Add pasta and mix well
- Pour into prepared pan
- Top with bread crumbs and tab butter sub over top
- Bake uncovered 1 hour
- Let sit 5 minutes before serving hot
