How to make it

  • Mix all by hand and place in a Pyrex or glass pie plate
  • Cook hi in Micro for 2 minutes,
  • Pause and scramble the mixture.
  • It will still be soft and loose
  • Continue to cook another minute or two until mixture appears set but not dry ( varies with your oven's wattage )
  • Remove from oven and use a fork to loosen and mix into a stuffing texture.
  • Great plain or moisten with a gravy
  • Note: time varies with the wattage of your micro oven ,so be careful to not over cook as it may continue to cook when out of the oven

    I think I can easily make this gluten free just by using gluten free baking mix

    I have always preferred the stuffing outside the bird,and this seems as if it could be prepared in a flash.Adding a tomato and the baking mix is a little different.
