Flavorful Tilapia

- 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- paprika seasoning shopping list
- All seasoning shopping list
- 1 egg, beaten shopping list
- 2 tilapia fillets shopping list
- 2 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Place cheese in a shallow bowl. Sprinkle paprika and all seasoning in with cheese. This will need to be done to your taste. I mixed enough in to where you could see a nice mixture of color See Photo. Go a little light on the Paprika or it may be too strong for you.
- Dip fish in the egg and then lightly coat fish with cheese mixture. Heat olive oil on medium heat in a nonstick skillet.
- Place fish in heated oil. Turn once fish are lightly brown. Then cover with a lid. Once other side is brown flip one more time for crispy taste.
- Once both sides are a golden brown, remove from skillet and plate.
- You can eat this with any side you want. Homemade mashed potatoes, asparagus, broccoli, or wild rice.
- Enjoy!
