How to make it

  • Grease 10 inch deep pie plate
  • Combine butter, cream, green onions, biscuit mix and 1/4 teaspoon each of salt and pepper. Blend well with mixer and pour into pie plate.
  • Sprinkle batter with cheese and ham. Push meat below surface with back of spoon.
  • Beat eggs in same mixing bowl and pour over ham and cheese.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until center sets.
  • Allow to sit at room temperature about 10 minutes before slicing.
