- 1 Pound of beef Lining shopping list
- 1 Piece of ginger shopping list
- 1 teaspoon garlic...minced shopping list
- 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons salt...really depends on ones taste shopping list
- 1 teaspoon sugar shopping list
- 2 green onions shopping list
How to make it
- Bring a pot of water to boil...use enough water to fully baptize this...don't worry it will hold up.
- Quickly rinse the beef lining under cold water,and boil the entire piece in the pot of boiling water for about 20 minutes or so.
- Allow the lining to completely cool down and dry.
- Sometimes it's wise to cook this over two days...boiling it in the evening and then once cooled,cover with glad wrap and wing it into the cooler until ready to cook.
- When ready to stir fry...slice the green onions and cut the ginger into matchstick size pieces.
- Heat oil and garlic in a pan on maximum heat...making very sure not to burn the garlic.
- Now...Throw in the Beef Lining...Ginger...Salt...Sugar...stir fry,this will only take about 5 minutes.
- The Beef Lining will release liquid which will form the sauce.
- Add the green onions,and stir for about another 30 seconds or so.
- This should be tender,but,crunchy.
- If you find that the sauce is too mild...you can always boil it in a strong beef stock.
- Some can't stomach this...and it's true... that it takes some 'Guts' and a strong 'Constitution' to stand on this one!
