How to make it

  • - Clean fish, remove gills, wash clean. set aside.
  • - Cut off both sides of the body of fish, coat with spice mixture until evenly distributed. Let stand for 20 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
  • - Grill the fish on top of burning charcoal smeared with a mixture of soy sauce and margarine.
  • - Grill the fish while inverted until cooked and the flavors to infuse.
