- 1 kilo Mince meat shopping list
- 3 tbl spns mint sauce/paste shopping list
- finely chopped coriander shopping list
- 1 tea spn dryed methi leaves (fenugreek leaves) shopping list
- 1/2 tea spn mustard powder shopping list
- 1 tea spn salt shopping list
- 1/2 tea spn garam masala mix shopping list
- 1/2 cup plain flour shopping list
- 1 onion minced shopping list
- 4 green chillies finely chopped shopping list
- 1/4 tea spn paprika shopping list
- 1 tbl spn lemon juice shopping list
- You will need iron rods or bamboo skrewers/sticks shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Mix all ingredients with mince meat.
- 2. Make into egg sized balls. approx 12/14
- 3.wet rod/sticks
- 4. Make into long thin sasuges around the sticks/rods leaving 1 to 2 cms at both ends.
- 5. Place in grill/BBQ for about 6 mins each side on high gas mark. Until dark golden brown.
- P.S. If you have problems with seekhs not staying on the rods then add some more flour, about 2 tbl spns.
- Serve hot with mint chatni >> 1cup youghurt with 2 tbl spns mint sauce/paste and abit of finely chopped coriander.
