Creamy Pork Chop Alfredo

- 6 Boneless Butterfly pork chops shopping list
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 to 4 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon olive oil, divided shopping list
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons onion, minced shopping list
- 2 1/2 cups whipping cream shopping list
- 1 Cup of Grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 Teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper shopping list
- 2 Tablespoon coarsely chopped parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place flour in a shallow dish or pie plate. Sprinkle Pork Chops with Salt; coat with flour. Heat 2 to 4 Tablespoons of Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add Pork Chops, cook, turning once, until golden brown. 4 to 5 minutes per side. Remove from skillet; place in a 13-x 9-inch baking dish or larger, depending on Chops. Heat remaining Olive Oil in same skillet over medium heat until hot. Add Garlic and Onion; cook until Garlic is fragrant and onion is tender, 1 to 2 minutes. Increase heat to medium-high; adding Whipping Cream, Parmesan Cheese and Pepper. Cook until sauce is bubbly and slightly thickened. 2-3 minutes. Stirring constantly. Spoon over Pork Chops in dish. Bake Pork Chops until the dish is boiling all over. Sprinkle with Parsley
