- Dark smoky rich enchilada sauce. shopping list
- 1/4c chili powder, shopping list
- 1tsp cumin powder, shopping list
- 1tsp oregano, shopping list
- 1tsp basil, shopping list
- 3 tbs olive oil, shopping list
- 3 tbs flour, shopping list
- 3 tbs chipotle powder, shopping list
- 1 10oz can tomato paste, shopping list
- 2 c chicken stock, shopping list
- 1 can tomato sauce (option sizes can make redder or stay dark and smoky shopping list
How to make it
- Sautéed flour and spices in olive oil for a few seconds.
- remove from heat start adding moist ingredients slowly, whisk in paste.
- Simmer for a few minutes.
- Cool.
- Works well with pasta, flour or corn tortillas.
- Works well with pork or beef.
- You can added peanut butter, small amt chocolate, omit tomato sauce to make a molee sauce.
- Mole can be used on chicken.
