- Chopped coriander shopping list
- green onion Chopped shopping list

How to make it
- Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl or a food processor
- Place in refrigerator for 1 hour. I would prefer overnight as this allows more than enough time for the spices to blend in
- Next day... You choose, use water or cooking oil or olive oil to moisten your hands. Now roll the mince in your hands around a skewer.
- Personally I just roll them, either into a a small ball "In your palm" or into a cylindrical shape. Do this step when you are just about to "Cook" it
- Now. Do you want to bake it, or braai/ Barbecue it, or Grill it?
- Braai Braai Braai oh and use the rooster brood with this. Nice and Yum
- Try Not too rotate too often as this can break the kebaab before it hardens
