How to make it

  • Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl or a food processor
  • Place in refrigerator for 1 hour. I would prefer overnight as this allows more than enough time for the spices to blend in
  • Next day... You choose, use water or cooking oil or olive oil to moisten your hands. Now roll the mince in your hands around a skewer.
  • Personally I just roll them, either into a a small ball "In your palm" or into a cylindrical shape. Do this step when you are just about to "Cook" it
  • Now. Do you want to bake it, or braai/ Barbecue it, or Grill it?
  • Braai Braai Braai oh and use the rooster brood with this. Nice and Yum
  • Try Not too rotate too often as this can break the kebaab before it hardens
