How to make it

  • 1. Mix buttermilk, eggs, mustard and seasoning in a jug.
  • 2. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl.
  • 3. Add 1 to 2 mix till just mixed together.
  • 4. Scoop onto greased muffin tin (makes 12).
  • 5. Bake at 180 C for 25 minutes.
  • Serve as they come out of the oven.
