How to make it

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes, or until done to your liking
  • On med- high heat in a skillet add oil then the chicken (cut to mouthsize peices). Cook, stirring occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink and the juices are clear... about 12 min.... then to the chicken add garlic, onion and green pepper and saute for a few minutes.
  • Reduce heat to medium low, and add the tomato, feta cheese, parsley, lemon juice, oregano and cooked pasta. Stir until heated through, about 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat, salt and pepper to taste and serve
